Just as the year was wrapping up, we were notified of a New Development + Retail (Mixed-Use) + multifamily opportunity near Dallas, Texas that we could not pass up. After performing our analysis, we knew that this investment opportunity would be a good fit for some of our investor community and so we had to share it!!
