Together with his wife and Co-Founder, Hoa Nguyen, they own over 7300+ apartment units in their portfolio worth over $580M. concentrated on growing markets such as Texas, Arizona, and the Carolinas and are looking to expand into Florida and Georgia. Jaime graduated from The University of Houston College of Optometry in 2006 and owns a successful multi-million dollar practice in Plano, Tx.

Dr. Hoa Nguyen is also a sophisticated, accredited real estate investor that spends most of her time underwriting deals in the multifamily real estate market and meeting with investors. Aside from the expansive domestic portfolio, together with her husband Jaime Gonzalez, internationaly, they own multiple successful investments in Belize, Nicaragua, and Panama.   
 
Hoa graduated from The University of Houston College of Optometry in 2006 and also owns a successful multimillion dollar practice in the Dallas area – bringing the total number of practices to two. Both the Dallas and Plano eye practices have been selected as the premier eye care facilities in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex for treating eye disease.

Maria Coleman holds a BBA and an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. Alongside those, she credits her faith, her family’s support, the guidance of her mentors, her emotional intelligence and soft skills as well as her love of self development, for her success. Maria is responsible for supporting investors, both potential and existing and providing regular updates on existing deals as well as insight into the current and future pipeline. Maria also works closely with the rest of the team on strategizing, planning and executing projects and deploying the company’s vision. Maria enjoys spending time with her family as well as painting and traveling, loves dance, fitness and learning new skills.

Robijade R. Florendo was born on February 19, 1991 and lives in Butuan city, Agusan del Norte province Philippines. With experience as a graphics designer who specializes in creating infographics, implementing the company’s social media strategy and participates in the strategic development and implementation of the company’s marketing plan. In addition to her experience in graphic design, Robijade also has experience as an administrative assistant, account’s manager and admin support, and providing exceptional customer service.

Kristoffer Marc Asperga is a certified graphics designer who earned his degree in Information Technology in Notre Dame of Dadiangas University. He has extensive experience in graphics and web design. Kristoffer was born on February 5, 1993 and lives in the most southern part of the Philippines. General Santos City home of champions and beauty queens. Kristoffer has four kids three of them are triplets. He loves to draw in his spare time, he also plays the guitar.
